Location - Chandivali

Job description- High quality on all quality parameters.


Audit interactions on Product/process, Communication and soft skills parameters.


Conduct audits and feedback for the targeted population with the objective of improving scores for training throughput or conversion.


Data analysis and creating designated reports and presentations.


Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach.


Communicate to heighten awareness and focus on importance of positive customer experience.


Make recommendations and drive improvement.


Reduce the learning curve and help enhance product/process knowledge of new team members.


Ensure that internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations are being followed.


Customer/Client Interactions


Leverage process knowledge to proactively identify areas of concern & highlight to the change Team.


Prepare TNA, publish and execute for 100% closure.


Real Time Support (Production/Live Support) on the floor as per the business requirement

Excellent communication skills required (B29)


Should have knowledge on 7 QC tools


Proficiency in Ms-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Candidates should be flexible to work on week offs if required


Education


Graduate with minimum 1+ years of experience as Quality Analyst on papers (International BPO voice process only)


Should have experience in call auditing, transactional quality, call monitoring.


Hands on experience in MS-Office; preferably in MS-Excel and Power Point

Payment of wages during lockdown

Payment of wages during lockdown no more mandatory, govt withdraws order New Delhi: Companies which are closed, and where the workers are not working during the current lockdown are no more required mandatorily to pay wages to their employees. The home ministry guidelines for lockdown 4.0 have nullified a March 29 order that has asked employers to pay wages to employees irrespective of their presence in the workspace. The move will be a major relief for employers who have been demanding that either the government offer them a wage stimulus or not mandate payment of wages due to the lockdown as their businesses are hit. Since, the financial stimulus package announced by the centre did not offer a wage stimulus this will be seen a key development for industries, and comes as some employers have challenged the constitutionality of that 29 March directive.
